Terms of service

Effective October 22, 2026

Ranks and duration

The service is operated by the administration of vendettix.cc. Purchasing a rank means accepting these terms. Ranks provide chat prefixes and cosmetic features, not gameplay advantages. Ranks last 30 days or for the lifetime of the server. Buying another 30-day term extends the duration. The price shown when ordering applies; later price changes do not affect existing orders.

Payment and delivery

Payment takes place with the payment provider. After confirmation, the rank is delivered automatically to the submitted username when that player is online. Check the username carefully. For delays or spelling mistakes, contact Discord support with your order number; support can transfer the rank to the correct username.

Refunds

Digital ranks are generally not refundable after delivery. If a rank was not delivered because of a technical failure of the service, contact support within seven days for a full refund. Contact support before disputing a payment.

Server operation

A rank does not exempt you from server rules. Violations may lead to restrictions without a refund. Administration may refuse service in cases of abuse or legal requirements. The service is provided as available; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Administration is not responsible for temporary outages, maintenance or third-party actions. The current terms are published on this page; later purchases confirm acceptance of that version.
